IF YOU BOUGHT YOUR PRODUCT IN A STORE LOCATED IN THE USA, CANADA OR ANY OTHER NON-EU COUNTRY, OR AT AN ON-LINE STORE OTHER THAN www.dicepl.us, FOLLOW THE WARRANTY CONDITIONS PRESENTED BELOW:

DICE+ 1 year Limited Warranty to Original Purchaser.

This product has been manufactured and tested to the highest quality standards by Game Technologies S.A. located in Poznan (Poland), address: 3 Pl. W. Anders, 61-894 Poznan , entered in the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for Poznan – Nowe Miasto i Wilda, VIII Business Department of the National Court Register under the number 0000448782.

This Limited Warranty offered by Game Technologies S.A. covers defects in material or workmanship in the DICE+ product.

This warranty extends to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. Only consumers purchasing DICE+ from authorized Game Technologies S.A. retailers or resellers or through the www.dicepl.us website may obtain coverage under our limited warranties.

Game Technologies S.A. warrants this product against defects in material or workmanship as follows:

  1. Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
  2. Conditions, malfunctions or damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper installation, improper maintenance, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident or alteration.
  3. Accessories, connected materials and products, or related products not manufactured by Game Technologies S.A.The Limited Warranty does not apply to any non-Game Technologies hardware product or any software, even if packaged or sold with the DICE+ hardware product.Our limited warranties are void if a product is returned with removed, damaged or tampered faces or casing.

Game Technologies S.A. will not provide any warranty coverage unless claims are made in compliance with all terms of the controlling warranty statement included with your product and the proper return procedure is followed. To request warranty service, you will need to:

  1. Contact our Customer Service Department at: support@dicepl.us and provide information related to the problem. If applicable, the customer will receive instructions for the Warranty Claim Processing and a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number to use when returning the product.
  2. Provide proof of purchase details (sales receipt or other evidence of the date and place of purchase).
  3. Deliver the product, postage prepaid and carefully packed and insured, to the address indicated in the instructions for Warranty Claim Processing received from our Customer Service.Customer Service telephone number: +48 516 080 480Purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs.
  4. When the warranty service is completed, the repaired or replacement product will be returned to you postage prepaid. Game Technologies S.A. will repair or replace your DICE+ and will ship it back to you within 2 weeks.REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT (OR, IN LIMITED CIRCUMSTANCES) AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE PURCHASER. GAME TECHNOLOGIES S.A. NEITHER ASSUMES NOR AUTHORIZES ANY PERSON TO CREATE FOR IT ANY OTHER OBLIGATION OR LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THIS PRODUCT.GAME TECHNOLOGIES S.A. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO THE PURCHASER OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY OR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY).Our warranties do not affect or limit any rights consumers have under laws in their jurisdictions governing the sale of consumer goods. You may be required by law to give us a reasonable opportunity to correct or cure any failure to comply before you can bring any action in court against us.

Game Technologies S.A. warrants this product against defects in material or workmanship as follows:

Game Technologies S.A. will repair or replace the product, at our option. Repair or replacement will be at no charge if the product was defective because of improper workmanship and/or material, under normal installation, use, service and maintenance.

The warranty period is 1 year from the documented date of purchase.

Our Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

  1. Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
